Dear Electra,
Being back at school even after one day is new to me. I still feel dizzy from yesterday and I can't look at bright things like the blue sky, otherwise I will flinch.
As I have a wandering mind I have just thought about maths class. Last week I asked my teacher about finishing the maths challenge she had given us next lesson, and she said yes, but fast forward to today and we still haven't done it. We don't have maths tomorrow so I cannot beg to finish it. I HAVE ANSWERED A QUESTION WRONG AND I'VE JUST REALISED IT AND I NEED TO FIX IT, MISS!
Sewing machines are difficult to deal with. I have never dealt with one in my entire life until I started my textiles class. They didn't teach us how to use a sewing machine before letting us start on our trial stitches. Gwen has also never stitched with a sewing machine before, and I am so glad I am not alone. Luckily, my parents have bought a sewing machine during the weekend and have been teaching me how to sew. It's completely different to the machines we use a school, so I guess I must watch videos of random people using Bernina. Saturday night sorted.
